"Staff are amazing, accommodation was beautiful and food was divine. A luxe experience all round. Only gripe was the visa surcharge when settling the bill and the weekend surcharges at the restaurants, which seems unnecessary especially as they don’t take cash so no other way to pay. When you’re spending so much, this seems an over the top charge. "

"First time here and loved it. Staff upon check-in was amazing. Loved the app the use to get into room and know of things around the hostel. I would recommend over and over again to stay here. "
