"The property itself, lobby area, and rooms are very nice, with plenty of space. The rooms are well laid out and I particularly liked the species bathroom including a nice deep tub. My only concerns were: 1. My room was extremely dark and got almost no natural light despite being on the top floor. 2. Housekeeping was not as thorough as I would like. 3. My room was pretty noisy despite being on a high floor at the end of the hallway."

"I booked a room at Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown Convention Center a month before my stay. I arrived at the Hotel to check in and the front desk staff got an Oh Crap look on their faces. "My wife and I stayed here on May 29- June 2 2026. The place is very conveniently located in downtown Minneapolis, with the famous Minneapolis Skyway (aka Walkway) running through the building. The Skyway's total length is over 10 miles, and makes it possible for pedestrians to walk indoors to almost all of downtown Minneapolis, including to Target Field and Target Center. "Brand new property still has new car smell. Was in town for Bruno Mars concert and location was awesome. Next to police station so felt safe. Rooms are like a mini condo very spacious and loved the open industrial interion design. Rooftop has amazing view even though its still under construction. Nice gym equipment and pickle ball court.
