"It got us through the night okay. It served it's purpose. The staff was wonderful and gave us a different room upon request with no additional charges, however, the reason for the request was due to backed up plumbing in the toilet and sink on the lower level. Our 2nd room was located on the upper level. After we examined it, we realized it had a couple small holes in the wall, and a broken air conditioner. Later on we realized I'm also had exposed wires on the cord lamp behind the desk. I...

"Very nice hotel. The only problem I had was the noise level in my room. The guests in the next room watched TV and the sound penetrated into my room very clearly. I could easily hear that they were watching reruns of Friends. This was pretty annoying and I might have asked for a change of rooms, but they eventually turned off the TV and I had no further issues. My feeling was that there was insufficient insulation to deaden the sound between rooms."

"Very pretty hotel, definitely seems to be newer. The room was nice, but had an almost damp feel to it...bed was comfy, or we were just so exhausted we crashed. Shower pressure is low but the shower itself is super nice! Don't get the rooms right near the elevators, you hear the hum of them moving. Overall, I'd stay again, just not close to the elevators."

"Never got fresh towels or trash emptied. Bed linens were stained. The rails going up the steps were covered with dry bird crap so there was no way I would touch the rail which made it a hugh fall risk."
