"The second you walk in all you smell is old cigarette smoke. You can tell this place has always been a heavily smoked in building. Even the couple of times i went out to my car there were people literally right outside of the doors smoking. I had a non smoking room, it didn’t smell like smoke but there was a very strong air freshener of some kind in there and that’s all you could smell. The bed was very comfortable though. "AAA+++ Location was great for us, parking was good, there was some work going on, but you’ll have that. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, WiFi was good, the employees were friendly, immediate, kind, and professional. "

"The property was not good the bed had noise and also you could hear sounds from other rooms we took a room for 90 but it doesn’t had any value of that the sofa was very dirty , had some flies in room. I don’t recommend it for anyone"

"Overall the stay was okay. However I personally would not stay again. I got a room with a couch but it was not very comfortable. The pool was under repair although I don’t recall seeing that when I booked. The hotel is very close to shopping and restaurants so that was a huge plus."

"Its a budget-friendly hotel. My room was clean and the Staff were very helpful and polite. They have a pool and vending machines for snacks. The exercise room is small. There is about 3 or 4 treadmills in there but no weights. The hotel has 2 elevators also which is helpful if you're on one of the upper floors. The hotel sits up on a hill right next to the interstate which is convenient and the view is nice. If you're in the Bristol area for a few days, I'd definitely recommend considering this...

"Front desk staff was amazing to me. I traveled solo and they were all so kind to me. I ate in the restaurant one evening and the server/bartender was a doll! My room was very clean and I felt very safe. I would stay here again and recommended to anyone!"

"I booked a single queen room that Expedia says sleeps 3 meaning that they should have a sofa bed in the room. When we went in the room it only has a single queen but nothing else. The hotel says our accessible rooms are single queens only. So my only choice was to change rooms to a non-accessible double queen plus pay an $20.00 for the room."
