"This hotel was great for a short stay. The hotel itself lacks a 4star luxury feeling, but it has more of a small boutique hotel feel. It's also a great location. It's a walkable distance to the boardwalk/ocean front, which was nice. At night, the area was lively and safe. We walked around and even went to a few shops then came back and had a specialty coffee beverage at the hotel restaurant. If you choose to sit outside when you dine, the view is beautiful. Also, we received SPA treatment...

"Overall nice place with all the basic stuff in good order. I found the check in process a bit cold and unwelcoming. One of the lights didn’t work but they were on it quick! They have a nice roof top restaurant with good food and cocktails. Their rooms and breakfast was pretty nice as well. Not too found of the busy location. Overall a good hotel and I would stay here again."

"The staff at Maison Perumel were so helpful and friendly; they really made the stay special..The rooms are very comfortable and the food was exceptional! It is in the Heritage area of Puddichery so about a 15/20 minute walk from White Town and French Quarter but tuktuks are everywhere! I love the CGH ethos and definitely recommend Maison Perumel."

"Horrible, First the when you set the location of the hotel from the hotels.com app , the hotel is not there. It is 10 KM from the location showing from your app. Untrained unprofessional staffs Lack of choices of foods and drinks Flies over food spread in Breakfast, less of people to serve, empty food trays for breakfast, no one was there to refill Over Horrible Hotel, you should stop booking it, sheer loose of money, not worth be paid more than INR 1000 "

"One of the only hotels in white town on promenade beach having sea view from the side. Room 102 has best view, although i stayed in 101. There is a hotel called Ajantha Sea view in the same building which has fromt facing sea view. Cost is 5k per night for sea view rooms. Overall good experience. "
