"We extended our stay here. The staff is helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. This is a great location for a walkable distance to the French quarter as well as a number of restaurants. The breakfast is simple but good. Ceiling fan and air conditioner keep the room cold. A water kettle and cups are also available in the room as well as basic toiletries. Worth a stay. Lovely building and rooms. The wala need some fresh paint, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "Horribly short staffed property. No lobby agent till 7am so if you check in late like I did, someone from another property has to come and check you in. Terrible service and no one answers the phones either. The folks that are here are super friendly but they are short staffed. Avoid unless fully staffed "
