We had our own handicapped parking spot. We had a choice of a free breakfast at the Show Low Cafe every day. The meals were excellent. The hotel was located on a main thoroughfare and easily accessible. The hotel staff was both friendly and cooperative. The swimming pool was only 3-1/2 feet deep, but I was able to do my water...

"The guy at the front desk was rude. We booked an accessible room and put that we had pets when we booked. He refused to let us have tje room we booked . He said there were only a couple of rooms where they let pets in. It should say that when we booked the room. The room was filthy and smelled! The door was hard to open. The so called " breakfast" was horrible! There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed. When we asked for sheets he was very rude! I will NEVER stay there again!"

"Carpet was dirty and there was a flashing light which staff was unable to fix. I was told it would be fixed after I left in the morning. The phone had flashing red lights and when I tried to turn them off, a message told me I had dialed the wrong number. Staff told me this was the case with phones in all the rooms. Nothing seemed maintained. Baseboards in bathroom were banged up. All seemed very shoddy."

"Front desk representative was never at their desk. In the morning for breakfast, representative was in the back room. I needed help. I heard noise in the back room, that was for employees, knocked and she came out to help us. Room was fine, but the bathroom shower spout was entirely covered with rust. I did not take a shower the entire time was in there because of this."
