We rented two rooms because there were 6 adults. When we went to check in and pay for the rooms the man at the counter never smiled, never introduced himself, never called us by our name. While we were there a customer tried to change her date he would not help her and told her to go online and do it. He made everyone feel like we were a bother to him. Later at night when we went to bed it was so noisy from the other guest that we couldn’t sleep, we barely got two hours of sleep and we had to be up by 4am to be somewhere to do physical labor. We won’t be staying there again. Motel six is our choice only when we can’t find another hotel. And what I just mentioned is the reason why. Most of the motel sixes must not like to do repairs because they all look like things don’t get repaired. If corporate owns all of the motel sixes then it’s time to redecorate and hire new managers.
