"The Trilogy Montgomery was a treasure! An amazing transformation of the previous Water Works into a unique hotel. Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Convenient valet parking. Stylish and well appointed rooms. Kinsmith restaurant was great for breakfast as well."

"Very clean with extremely polite and helpful staff. Only complaints are the bathroom door latch was broken and lights on one side of the bed did not work. However, we did not ask for these things to be repaired because they did not affect or stay. I’m sure they would have been addressed if we had reported them."

"First says non smoking. Burn mark on my tub, tried to watch TV it had a line across the middle. Tge room was 30 yards from the interstate. Omg put my bed on the side of the road. Not even worth the 65 I paid. Also soap in the shower was off the fall. You had to hold it and try and pump it. Nice people. Place was a one night pick up place. Don’t even try it"

"Casino and hotel are wonderful. My wife and I liked the different food options and how the casino has it set up. There is even ice cream and cake that you can order for a treat! The food is some of the best having visited several casinos. All the staff is polite and friendly and very helpful if needed. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the shower in our room was AWSOME! First, we had to figure out how to turn on the water - but once we did - it was so relaxing and nice. We thought the bed was...

"Nice rooms and nice breakfast. Only problem was the receptacle in bathroom wasn’t working and made it hard to get ready after a shower. And the noise from other rooms made it hard to sleep after a long day. But the hotel over all was nice."
