"For such a grand place, it felt like a old place to stay at. Staff try but communication is lacking. Expect to make a few calls to service and eveb then reche k bill. No coordination between hotel and ammenities."

"I was very happy with the upgrade due to being an ambassador. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, but when my daughter took a shower she noticed mushrooms growing out of the ceiling, and hair in the tub. "Specifically picked this hotel due to its proximity to Busch Stadium, went to a ball game and wanted to be able to walk to, and from the stadium back to the hotel. I didn't choose to do valet, and just parked in the garage across the street for $30 for less than 24 hr parking. Didn't really have time to use any of the amenities the hotel offered, but the bar/dining area looked really nice."

"Be prepared for the dress code standard at this property, collared shirts required at the bar and restaurant no hats in the lobby. you must be well-dressed to lounge in the lobby although it is permissible to traverse the the lobby in street clothes provided you don't work there the rooms are made available to guest but are owned by the Missouri athletic club and it has Country club type rules it's an excellent place to stay but be prepared for this before booking."
