"Best vacation home ever for large group. We had a group of 10, including three children. House is modern, spacious, and well equipped. The game room was particularly wonderful for the kids. It was well decorated and kept in an immaculate condition. Everything was as advertised. Irene was our contact and she was the most responsive agent I have ever worked with. Always responded right away with helpful information. High recommend. "

Lovely shampoo etc, the only downside was there was only 1 washing machine and dryer. Given this was Rotorua, I’d expect more machines as everyone wants to get the sulphur out of their clothes. Great hotel, good parking, very pleased. "

"We were granted an early check in as the room was available, kids loved the heated pool (and so did I), it was a bonus to have a spa pool with our room but hot water was not working so great, although it was warm enough for the kids. Pleasant staff, quiet place despite being near the CBC. Beds were comfortable and room was warm."

"Pleasent staff, nice comfortable room, great having a private spa in the unit. One drawback was the security light straight outside the door, lit the room up quite a bit, maybe positioned slightly away from the door to stop the glare coming directly in through the curtains "
