"Lovely little gem of a hotel. Within walking distance to everything we wanted. Melaney was lovely and couldn’t have done enough for us. The homemade banana bread in the room on arrival was a lovely touch. Breakfast was superb and there were plenty of options including the option to have takeaway breakfast prepared to eat on the beach. We will be back soon! "
"Myself and 2 children had a lovely stay at The Cumberland. It has a great location across from the beach and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners were very welcoming. The breakfast has a great choice, it is plentiful, cooked fresh and tasty. We parked in the train station car park as it was cheaper for an overnight stay and not as busy as the 'tourist' car parks. It was approx. 5 minute walk via a pedestrian footpath."

"So lovely here the hotel is great all staff are so lovely will defo return next time i will ask for a bath in the bathroom as i did struggle with shower as i have disabilities but it was 2 late for me to get a room like that but thats my fault not theirs.The restaurant in there is on point had a lush steak n garlic mushrooms also crumble for pudding also was lovely and the breakfast was also fab the staff work hard in there and got to say prices at the bar are the best ever and we played bingo...
