"The Gibson Inn is one of my favorite hotels in all of Florida, if not the Southeastern USA. You just can’t beat old world charm and they just keep making the place better and better with improvements that don’t take away from its historical beauty. We were there this past summer, and upon coming back this week, they’ve put in a swimming pool! Parking has been improved and they’re adding a second restaurant. "Check in was simple enough. They’ll email you details on check in. The inn was beautiful and so peaceful. We were very relaxed and appreciative of how quiet it was compared to a regular hotel. The mattress was not comfortable at all. We switched to sleeping toward the end of the bed and what was a little better. It’s warm in there and ceiling fan doesn’t help very much. We did find a standing fan in our closet and used it. It helped but we ended up sleeping with the top sheet only and skipped...

"I appreciate that I could find a place to stay for under $1000 for 3 things offer Labor Day weekend close to Panama City. Great for a family trip and kids. Kitchen has everything you need. I would just recommend having some olive oil and aluminum foil and zip lock bags for families that are traveling and want to take snacks to the beach. Otherwise, excellent. Thank you for the hospitality. "
