Hotels in Westshore Estates, Killiney Beach

"I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! I arrived early evening for my 1 night stay- I had booked a king suite, which I had stayed in before and enjoyed it. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who checked me in. To my delight and surprise, I was upgraded to the PENTHOUSE suite! I couldn't believe it! The elevator went directly into my suite - I mean can you say posh or what?! The room was spacious and spotless, with soaring ceilings, a nice kitchen, a huge bathroom with a walk in shower, separate tub, separate toilet, and its own large king bedroom. You could head down the stairs directly to the hot tub. I even got a welcome bottle of wine! How fantastic! I can not express how grateful I was to have this upgrade of all upgrades - the Kelowna hotel I had stayed in the weekend before was a total disaster, with extra loud guests, a room that smelled like pee, stale sheets, and several things that were broken in the room. And this is a well known chain hotel where I normally have an excellent stay. I will always recommend The Castle at Swan lake to anyone - you get treated like royalty.
