"The front desk staff were exceptionally nice. There were two elevators, one was not working, therefore it took quite a while getting on an elevator. Our room smelled like mildew and “closed up.” I actually ended up waking up in the middle of the night having breathing issues/coughing. Staff was great, but I would not stay again."

"I had an excellent experience during my stay here. The room was spotless — you can tell housekeeping really takes pride in keeping everything fresh and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean, and everything felt well‑maintained.
The staff was another highlight. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. They made the whole stay feel welcoming and easy.

"I booked through Expedia and my card was charged in full for the stay at 5am the day of. Usually I’m not charged until I check in. I had to put my card on file for a cleaning hold charge. Woke up to a 4am alert that an additional charge for what looked like a nights stay was taken from my account. I asked front desk and was advised the nightly audit charged my card because of a flag “collect money from guest”. They did not take responsibility and told me to contact my bank. On a holiday weekend....

"The room and linens were clean. The landscape was not maintained tall grass and weeds everywhere. The staff were helpful except when the fire alarm went off and off and off. I was asleep for 2 hours and was awakened by an alarm. We exited the building and then waited by the building until the fire truck left. We then had to wait for the alarm company.
The back entrance was blocked open during the night. Also only one key card worked. Overall I will never stay there again. And I won’t recommend...

"This place was a surprise, I needed a place for one night due to my last minute flight change. They had a shuttle which runs every 20 min which was so convenient. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was very good. Friendly staff and shuttle drivers made the entire stay pleasant"
