"Staff were friendly and accommodating, room was pleasant minus our keys weren’t working the second night but that was an easy fix as well as losing power on our first night but that’s pretty minor. Breakfast at the Redwood Grill was good and our waitress was very helpful. Thanks again for having our visit"

I think partnerships with activities surrounding your hotel might be a good idea (Groupon?) moving forward, to improve the guest experience while they stay here. Overall 5/5."

"We had a great experience with the staff at this hotel. As a group of 10, they accommodated us by allowing a late check-out at 12pm and stored our luggage with no issue. When we noticed the AC wasn’t working in one of our rooms, the front desk came promptly to check it. Although it couldn’t be fixed right away, they offered fans which worked fine for us since we were out for the day and checking out the next day. The location is excellent — close to shopping malls and restaurants, and only...
