Well it's in the North end of the city, great Italian cafe few doors down on the Agricola side of building, eclectic property. Staff nice , i appreciate it is more reasonable in price . It's perfect if you are a tourist .

This is an older building that is currently under renovation that I wasn't aware of. My room had a dirty floor. Staff unsure of street parking and private lot was full Bedding was clean and adequate. The bed comfortable.

Perfect for the price paid. Daily room cleaning available upon request. Great location with coffee shops, restaurants and even a casual late night bar a few blocks away. Staff were friendly the entire time.

I was worried with all the bad reviews. They were over exaggerated, it’s obviously not 5 star but I was happy with the location and price. I inspected for bed bugs and saw no trace, water was hot with good pressure, bed was comfy, entertainment was a google cast. It was fine, I would book again if I needed to save money.

Top bed sheet not clean. Carpets looked dirty, worn. The tub had mold in it, overall dusty. Air conditioner was old and loud so tried opening window but street noise was loud until about 2AM, there is a fire station around the corner. Only one pillow per person, no cable TV. Overall smell of the place was musty. Door to our room did not seem secure and could easily hear other guests coming and going late into the night. Staff was at least friendly and helpful with storing our luggage after check out. Decent restaurants in the area.

What an interesting stay. You absolutely get what you pay for here but really helped when we were in a pinch to stay somewhere overnight at an affordable rate. Don’t expect anything luxurious and you will not be disappointed. The staff were nice and helpful. Pros: - Had a pretty comfortable bed - A/C, fridge, and microwave available - Door locks and had a bolt - Nice, safe area close to downtown with shops and restaurants Cons: - Strange mold in shower - Heavy dust deposits on walls - Presence of mice outside property - Paper thin walls - could hear everything in hallway - Creaky bed - No elevator

The Commons Inn is a great place to stay if you are looking solely for a home base during your travels. The room was small with a bed, fridge and desk and that was all that would fit. The front desk staff were lovely and very accommodating. Great location and easy to access.

The room wasn't very clean. The TV didn't work. The air conditioning didn't work and it was hot and humid. We parked on the street. We weren't told that Thursday night they clean the street and have to move your car. We didn't and got a $25 ticket. We wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. However the front desk staff were very helpful.

The room was clean that was the good thing. No window in the room. The tv did not work. There was no coffee or tea in the room. There was a mouse running around the room. They gave us a towel to block the door. The hotel was in different parts. Very scary being on the 3rd floor with no windows in case of fire

This got the job done for a reasonable price. It’s basic, without much in the way of amenities, the wifi was inconsistent, but cellular reception was fine. A microwave and mini fridge were in the room which is handy. Cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
