"Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, property is under renovation but still very comfortable. Only issue was finding a front desk person to check in and out."

"I booked two rooms, but one of the rooms had a severe water leakage issue. I informed the front desk about the problem, but I was disappointed with how it was handled. The hallways on the first floor had unfinished, exposed concrete, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Considering the condition of the property and the poor service, charging over $150 per night is completely unreasonable."

"Definitely too much noise! I understand the hotel is tight on the freeway but the windows were awful causing much noise from the freeway. It was also filthy. Someone had written “Help” from the dirt in the window. The hallway smelled like stale smoke. I endured four the one night I needed. Wouldn’t do more than that."

"The possible owners of the property would slam their door as I walked past, or stare at me in the most rude uncomfortable way. There were a lot of bugs, I bring my family to Amarillo often, I would never stay there again."

"Dinner and breakfast was delicious and convenient. Our room was spacious and perfect for us and our 2 small dogs. We will always recommend Drury and search them out when we travel."

"Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!"

"Rooms not serviced daily, must go get your own clean towels at the front desk. The bed mattress is cheap and VERY uncomfortable"

"Woke up to no hot water and tub clogged. Reported to staff and told it would be taken care of immediately. Came back to the room in the evening and nothing done, clog still there, room not cleaned. The girl at the desk was very nice and agreed to refund my second night stay, however, as I was checking the room for my belongings, I discovered mattress I was slept on the previous night was filthy with no mattress cover."
