Hotel berdekatan Westover Village Park

"I called and reserved my room a week ahead, but was still not able to check in because the room were not clean yet. There was several other guests that did not get the beds they reserved either. Would not stay there again, sorry to say. It was close to everything I needed to be at the next day, but not worth the headache. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more tp and towels. The girl with green hair couldn't get off her phone to come help me"

"Ripped blankets and sheets, sheets had blood on them as if they didn’t even wash them…there was a woman sitting in the lobby with no shoes on just hanging out wait for the desk person to get off work. The tv remote didn’t work."

"The hotel was one of the better hotels I have stayed in for a while. The staff was especially helpful, going out of their way to assist when needed. The room was very well kept. The only criticism I have is the A/C was somewhat noisy, but the staff attended to it when I reported it."

"I slept the best at this hotel than any other hotel. The walls are sound proofed so you dont even hear road noise. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. When we come back through we'll be staying again. For a light sleeper, I wish all hotels were made.like this one."

"This place is gross. Stayed here on our travels to LA, the lobby makes it seems like you're staying at a cute inn, but they don't care of the rooms. Are bathroom was filthy and dirt was everywhere. Our sheets had stains and there was hair in the bed, a dead bug on the floor. Staff didn't care and was completely unhelpful. "

"Breakfast and coffee were horrible. We were charged a $69 up charge for having dogs. You would think by sorting for properties that accept dogs that the price would be all-inclusive."

"Room was ok, stains on the carpet, TV didn't work but maintence got it working. They charge a $50 temp fee, but I was charged twice so will need to watch my credit card to make sure they get taken off"
