"The room was clean but the bed was hard and you needed binoculars to see the TV. We stayed in Kent hall and it seemed like an old office block that has been turned into bedrooms. Breakfast wasn't that great sausages and bacon were overcooked and dry. The parking was not that great either."

"An excellent place to stay for a night. Easy to park, check in was quick and friendly,my room was beautifully presented, very clean bathroom,excellent shower.The bed was very comfortable, I slept extremely well.What more can I say? It was also easy to find."

"Great location for the international arena, hotel was well maintained and clean although the room was a bit cold and the hot water in the bath/shower was scalding or freezing and the hand basin didn’t get hot. Staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was great, I would recommend."

"Hotel was nice, we really enjoyed the pool and the rooms. We did find that the what in the shower kept going hot and cold but not the end of the world. However something in the room made my partner have an allergic reaction so I'd you have allergies it might be worth bringing up in case it's a pet friendly room"

"Impressive in arrival this countryside hotel and conference centre at first glance appeals. There is also ample parking. Many hotels allow early check in if one arrives ahead of check in time. Moat House staff were less accommodating and seemed to have a hard and fast rule. However, when we sat in the lobby with our suitcases and backpacks half an hour ahead of check in time, they quickly and pleasantly attended to us. The rooms are attractive but for cobwebs on the ceiling in both bedroom...

"Staff was wonderful. Stayed on a night of racing which led to things being fairly loud until 10pm. Great location though."
