"Very secure. All the rooms open onto a beautiful atrium. The only shortcoming was that the room had no bath towels, only smaller hand towels. I discovered this after the morning shower; I should have checked the previous day."

"Clean Room Knowledgeable and polite staff. Easy check in and check out. The parking lot can get full and parking can become close to the next car but besides that the place is great. I did not use the pool. It looks great but I did not have time to use it."

"There was no hot water, the phone wasn't working, needed to call the lobby. No funtional ice machine."

"Just too many things from the start.construction everywhere at hotel and no heads up and still paid $182 which was crazy.huge hole in baseboard, showers were dirty smelly microwave,tv wasn't working well..just was tired that day and it made the day worse.defintely did not sleep well since my door entrance was a bit sketchy and huge gap on door"

"Parking was okay and they have the cheapest rooms. That's about it. People yelling all day. People upstairs stomping around. Guests trying to kill each other. Cops got called but nothing happened. The angry people just kept at it. The room smelled of ashes because they don't clean the vents and the fans on the AC. You could literally see them covered in cigarette ash. The room would've been nice tho. The fridge gets very cold. But yeah you wake up suffocating from the cigarette smell."

"The Fairfield staff was very helpful, professional, and friendly. Our room and the common areas of the hotel were very clean. The breakfast included a good variety, the food was hot, fresh, and well-kept. The coffee was good and refilled often. Our room was on the first floor and was quiet. We recommend this hotel."
