"Staff discriminated against my partner when he tried to check in. We were treated well by the manager once I laid a complaint. The man on the after hour phone service was unhelpful and rude. We did get two nights complimentary but suggest staff undergo cultural competency training. "

I would recommend this hotel in central business district to anyone visit ting Auckland as it is convenient too many things and almost everywhere by Uber Inexpensively."

"Poor customer service- my partner was dismissed and turned away. His phone was taken from him for ID processing and he was mistreated. We are deeply disappointed in the service- and to be offered no compensation apart from an “upgrade next time we stay” dissappointing. We will not be staying again and reccommend somewhere else for better customer service. "
