"I wanted an oceanfront facility in Seaside, and the Ebb-Tide is as close as it gets in this town. It’s a long but great walk to get from any facility to the waves. That’s just the nature of Seaside Beach. It also was only a short walk to get to the streets where most restaurants are located. Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, the Prom (the main route to get to beach access) was just outside my room. I got a junior suite, which was perfect for my needs. "This is a very nice hotel. Modern features in the room, an incredibly comfortable bed and a reasonably sized room. My only complaint is the shower. It had very low water pressure, but at least the rain shower part of it was nice. 9/10. We'll definitely be staying here again. "

"This was a large place that was very busy wen we arrived on the weekend, but settled down come Monday. The parking lot was being repaved so we had to park across the way, but it wasn’t far to walk. Breakfast had lots of options, but the eggs were terrible. Every evening, they served free snacks and drinks which were good. The only complaint is the carpet smelled very musty! Might not be good for people with allergies. "
