"Older area of town, not really a warm feel to it but the hotel is so amazing that it did not make much difference. Can walk to a great pub right across from the rear courtyard. Beautiful hotel and love that they made it part of the old Kellogg Warehouse. "

"My boyfriend and I were in London for rock the park and stayed here for one night. The staff were very kind and welcoming, the area around was a nice neighborhood. It was about a 30 minute walk to the festival about 20 minutes from downtown. Breakfast was included, it was yummy. I would definitely recommend staying here "

"Really enjoyed the cozy feeling of the room. It was so convenient to have a kitchen, as well as a living room separate from the bedroom. The pillows were the MOST comfortable that my head has ever touched. The staff were very kind and resourceful (we were from out of town for a concert) They provided us with great care and greeted us with smiles. There were many breakfast options which was an added bonus! This location offers underground parking. The hotel was so quiet, you would almost think...

"Great stay, though brief. Arrived late and left early. Very tall spacious room with grand window and brick feature wall. One odd thing for us was the tub and shower both right there exposed in the room… okay for some peooke but not okay for others."

"My stay here was amaizing I had my 2 teenage kids with me and plenty of room for them as well beautiful yard swings and other kids toy to play on in the yard there gazebo area with table just so nice there for out door activities I will definitely go back "

"Service from beginning to the end was wonderful. Family oriented and run business. Upgraded from a one bed to two bed room since it became available and that was truly truly appreciated! Comfy bed, clean room and washroom. Parking on site right by the room. Other patrons there are just as nice as well. Easy simple and great for a night or two. Thank you to the staff! I will definitely be going back there again when I need to be in London. "

"One thing that could be improved is the shower in the washroom Room 327. There is no soap holder to put the soap bar (no ledge either). There is also nothing to hold on to while showering. To keep your balance while cleaning feet, a holding bar should be available. Oh and better Keurig use instruction would be great! Otherwise great stay and amazing breakfast!"
