"This was such a great find. The rooms are immaculate. They’re not fancy by any means, but you can tell they take pride in cleanliness and presentation. The front desk staff were great, and they had a nice continental breakfast. I really liked the fact that we could park at the beach and have our own private section of the beach as well by staying there. I didn’t get to use the pool, but it had a nice area and upper deck to go with it. Would absolutely recommend!"

"Arranged beautifully. Soooo very clean everywhere!!! Balcony was a great. Saw sunrise and view of the beauty of the golf course. In the afternoon, the balcony was lovely and cool. Quality furniture in and out of the room. The room was spacious with a fridge, functional freezer and small sink and counter. Quality display on the TV.Remote user friendly. Felt like home!! "It borders the salt pond which is beautiful and tranquil. There are free kayaks to use on it. There is a nice outdoor shower. Rooms are small but worth it for the location. I went with my son and we were comfortable. but More than 2 in a room might be cramped unless you really like each other. There were thoughtful hooks and shelves to help store things to make the most of the space. "Location was great for really great access to this quaint town. Roll out of bed and cross the bascule bridge (or watch it open- fun for kids)!, tons of great restaurants within 2-3 minute walk. All of the water happenings are visible from the hotel. Breakfast at Sift, a 5 minute walk "must" for great breakfast/ unbelievable croissants! Seaport close by 5 min car ride. Nice high quality rocking chairs on porches. Great restaurant on facility. Down to earth not pretentious. Just a great spot...

"It was a great stay. It was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast and will certainly not be our last now with such a great experience we had at the House of 1833. Evan was an exceptional host/chef. He gave us a tour of the home and the history. The breakfast in the morning was incredible from the homemade apple cranberry muffin to the Greek Italian Mac & Cheese Spinach Souffle. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a quiet, yet close to town place to stay. "

"Restaurants on premises for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great food, nice lounge for drinks. Pool was a great plus. Location is good for sightseeing. The BEST is all staff was so nice and seemed to enjoy being there. I will recommend the Bellissimo to all whom travel around that area. "

"Our dinner at the hotel was not what we excpecte. My chesse mac and short ribs was delicious my husband had Prim rib and a bake potato was less then room temperature. He did inform the waitress after we paid the bill. The Prim Rib dinner was a great disappointment therefore we did not eat there again during iut stay."
