"If I could give this hotel less than 1 star, I would…..the staff was horrible and dismissive, basically rude. When we entered the hotel room there was a huge dark splotch on the carpet which looked like blood. There were stains on the wall, the toilet was loose, and the room stank. Additionally there was a window A/C which could not be controlled. Because we arrived at 9:30 pm we were forced to stay the night. "Some front desk staff were excellent. Others need a raise or a lover. Gym is small but great. Laundry facility uses a super convenient app. Get it when you arrive so you can see when machines are available.
Hotel is joint with another Hilton brand and in an area with several hotels and DoorDash kept incorrectly delivering. Convenient snack and small necessities kiosk with self checkout.
Currently renovating some rooms. Contractors are super friendly but request a change of rooms if you don’t...
