"The Bank House was tucked away in a neighborhood. Not your typical hotel accommodation. Kind of a cross between a hotel and AirBnB. Private parking available. Upon arrival, had to ring the bell for someone to greet you and let you in. This and checkout were really the only times we had contact with staff. Room was quite large and very clean. "Beautiful location halfway between Portree and Uig, perfect for exploring the Trotternish peninsula. The premises are spotless and in excellent condition. The hosts were very accommodating and personable. Breakfast was delicious. Note: if you do not have a car, transportation could be tricky. Nearest restaurants are 20 minutes away by vehicle. Would stay again. Highly recommend Loch Eyre House!"

"We never had an ocean view room, but our room was so cute and cozy, I felt like I was in a bedroom of a house rather than a hotel room. We loved it. Bed is super soft and cozy. We had some great sleeps. Easily walkable to the shops/food/ grocery. Would stay here again. Loved it."

"This is a great wee place to stay if you are stopping off or looking for some cheap and quick. The staff were amazing and super helpful. And offer use of the kitchen if I wanted to make some food. Honestly amazing! Also offered to make up a wee bag for breakfast as I was leaving early! I managed to get something before I left. Only thing I’ll say, the room could do a with a little TLC, the shower doors don’t close properly, the door handle is loose and the curtains need fixed slightly, but...
