"Stayed with family for 3 nights. We loved this place. Ample parking spaces. Restaurant and grocery stores nearby. Breakfast lounge was stocked with cereal, milk, utensils etc. Only suggestion I'd give would be to replace the cutleries twice a day instead of once. Since people do bring takeaway food and eat in the lounge during the evenings, the cutleries get used up a lot and very few is left out for when we go for breakfast in the mornings. "A lovely guest house, with a very pleasant and accommodating owner. Our room, although fairly small, was clean and comfortable. We were given access to a lovely sitting room and, as we were the only guests staying at the time, we really appreciated that we could just put our pj's on and relax in front of a roaring log burner. "The Bank House was tucked away in a neighborhood. Not your typical hotel accommodation. Kind of a cross between a hotel and AirBnB. Private parking available.
Upon arrival, had to ring the bell for someone to greet you and let you in. This and checkout were really the only times we had contact with staff.
Room was quite large and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. One of the most during our 12 day stay in Scotland.
