"Rooms are a little dated but very spacious. Concierge wasn’t much help for anything but luckily the bellhop was in the know and able to answer any and all questions. Conveniently located for Times Square, plays, Central Park, shopping, and the Rockefeller building. "

"We booked our room 3 weeks before, when We arrived they told us that they don’t have the room we booked because hotel was very crowded, We paid for a king bed room and they gave us a queen bed room no fare for us, they said they can give us free breakfast when the breakfast was free after we realized "
