" I would like to provide feedback with regards to the shuttle that I took to your hotel. On 15 June late evening, I waited at Schiphol airport from 10.45 pm. The shuttle at 11.02 pm didn't turn up at all. I then went up to a shuttle at 11.20 pm which runs among 3 Ibis hotels nearby to Schiphol. So after a short ride, I went down at Ibis Hotel. After talking to the front desk, then only I realised that it is Ibis Hotel, but not Ibis Style Hotel! So I had to wait for another shuttle that...

"The access to the property was impeded by the demolition of the adjacent hotels. this made it extremely difficult to off load luggage. AND with NO help from the staff it was even more stressful. I was very dismayed by this and was expecting a more inviting experience. This hotel did not act in what I was counting on. They did not put "BEST" in the Best Western motto."

"I had an 18-hour layover in Amsterdam and the location of this hotel was perfect for this occasion. Spacious rooms, non-smoking, beautiful views of gardens, quiet, good gym on the top floor, sunset view from the top floor was amazing, shuttles to and from airport but they stop between midnight and 6am (I took an Uber which was great). "Room was clean, however felt like a prison with the only window facing into the corridor so no natural light (especially for a room for that price) also there was a constant buzzing sound throughout the whole trip. Otherwise the staff was friendly and the place was clean and well looked after"

"It was really nice that the breakfast was included in the price, made the morning really nice. However I do think that the rooms need better cleaning. On the carpet there were stains and also on the desk chair. The toilet seat was also wobbly and could be fixed. Also the wooden frame from the bed was broken and the outlets in the room were loose. Lastly the workers were really nice so that was a plus point"

The self serve convenience mart area was nice with good selections. The entry into the hotel is where the smokers sit and while a nice seating area, beware of all the smokers leading in to the hotel and as much as they try to keep up with all the cigarette butts and provide large containers, guests...
