"Bed was like stone. Shampoo was empty in the shower. Person when we checked out didn't say a single word to us. Person on check in was very friendly. Place was clean and fun overall. No coffee service in room was not cool"

"The pool area was so great for my kids during a trip back to visit family and friends. It gave them something to be excited about during a long visit with lots of people they didn't know very well :) The hotel is beautiful for this price range. Some of the carpets were pretty worn but overall, it was stylish and very nice. The staff were all super helpful and friendly."

"We got a room at great rate with an expedia deal. Given what we paid, we truly could not complain. Our room was clean and comfortable! The only negatives were that most games in the game room did not work (some not at all, and some took money and then didnt work). If you have a kiddo looking forward to that, it'll be pretty disappointing. Also our tv didn't work well. Breakfast was just fine considering it was free, but not spectacular. Coffee was good and always available!"

"We had a good stay from start to finish. As we entered, a young receptionist (with red hair) greeted us in a friendly way, and responded immediately to a request for extra blankets. It was great to be recognized as we came and went after that! Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the free breakfast. The location right next to other businesses was a plus for my spouse on various walks around the "neighborhood," and it also gave easy access to downtown Middleton and our relatives...

"Staff was amazing! The hot tub is listed but was not working for the duration of our stay which was 6 days. The room was clean but it should have been scrubbed, I suppose because they are remodeling that is why there is a mess or that they just don't care to scrub the older rooms, I am not I did not see what a new room looked like. The stay was good for the price. The breakfast was yummy, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal, juice, coffee and milk are offered. Breakfast hours are great enough...
