"The pool and sauna were closed and had been for a while. I attempted to get a refund but was told because the website informed that the pool was closed I could not. They said they might (couldn’t promise anything) comp me for the extra days but I would have to pay for that night. I checked the website again and them informing people of the closure is a small text at the bottom of their front page, hardly a real notification. The room was less than well taken care of, the bathroom door had holes...

"The refrigerator did not work in the room the bed was very uncomfortable and some days breakfast and coffee was not ready when it was supposed to be. The room was clean and the staff was easy to work with."
