"We truly enjoyed our stay The room was very clean, however the mattress was not so comfortable and the pillows were very flimsy. The room we stayed in was right next to the doors for the stairs so we heard the doors slamming quite often, perhaps a soft close door could solve this problem. Other than this the hotel is very well kept and in a wonderful location mins from the City Centre, without all the noise. "The Leonardo EMA is a well placed hotel, however we found the decor and general demeanour of the hotel to be very tired. No lifts that we could see. Our room was nice enough, but had only been superficially cleaned. The mirror had not been cleaned. Bed was very comfy though. Bathroom showed signs of wear with the odd little bit of black mould and other areas that could have been better scrubbed. I found a rusty screw by the base of the toilet. Shower was over the bath with a shower curtain,...

"Stayed for 3 nights, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was air conditioning, the accommodation is in a lodge, separate from the pub,we didn’t have breakfast, we had one evening meal at the pub, which was ok, although rather expensive for ordinary pub grub."
