Hotel Pantai di West Kilbride

"The hotel is lovely, we stayed overnight for a wedding in Room 27. The room was clean and fresh, the bathroom was renovated well and was modern. Unfortunately the bed is probably the worst we had ever slept in, we both had a terrible sleep. Two very uncomfortable single mattresses of slightly differing heights pushed together on a divan base, not at all what you would expect at over £200 a night. A mattress topper probably would have solved this issue however it was midnight when we got to bed...

"They never cleaned my room once and I was there for 7 days....I had to go ask for toilet paper and towels........some staff were nice others rather curt....I found the food awful only ate there 3 times that was enough for me did not like the fact you had to go up to the bar order food pay for before I sat down...........Now I have left a necklace there by mistake I have phoned my cousin in the same town and asked her to check with them in room 108 we will see if it has been had back to the...

"We just had one night here before catching the early ferry to Isle of Arran and it was perfect. Good location with allocated parking spot. Easy check in with clear instructions upfront. Well equipped room, nicely decorated and a comfortable bed. We had room 6 at the back, which was very quiet. Also convenient for eating out in town. Would recommend."
