"This is our second time staying at the sable and it was wonderful! The staff is amazing and friendly! The elevators were out and we got lost a couple times getting to our room, and every single staff member that we would run into each time was so helpful and kind in finding where we were supposed to go! "I haven't stayed at a hotel/hostel before, so I don't know if my expectations were unreasonable. First, the good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. The hot water and AC were plentiful. I felt safe and wasn't bothered by noise from neighbors. I didn't see any bugs. They even had a live musician during at least one of the evenings I was there. Now the bad. We had a private quad. It was dirty. The walls, some of the bedding, the bunk bed curtains were stained and gross....

"Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and it was amazing. The Millennium room view doesn't disappoint, and the room was amazing! The hotel is located in the center of anything you'd want to do or see in Chicago, being just a few blocks south of the Architecture River Tour, and across the intersection from Millennium Park and Cloud Gate/The Bean.
