"Lovely room. The staff are brilliant and go above and beyond to help. Very well mannered and a pleasure to talk to. This was our second stay and definitely won't be out last. We stayed here for 2 nights for our anniversary weekend and it was great. Room spotless and amazing staff. Very happy "

"The room was decent. Comfy bed. Things were a bit tired in the room like the sink was cracked and chipped. We had room service. It took a decent length of time to get our food. But unfortunately the food wasn’t very hot. Had to eat quite quickly as it was only barely warm. Good price for the room though. "

"A basic but clean room, ideal for the purpose of getting an early morning flight or arriving back into Birmingham after the last train. Bed sheets didn’t quite fit the bed but were clean. Hotel bar / food area was rammed, maybe an oversight on the hotel designers part, more than adequate for most hotels but reflective of the lack of other amenities. I went to the airport and got on a train to resorts world for dinner. Overall though I would definitely use this hotel again and can highly...

"room was lovely and modern, unfortunately was a long walk to the room due to renovation works across the entire floor. Location was great, easy to get to the NEC from there with uber. Food was low point, very expensive and honestly the steak looked like a small burger in size and the mushy peas on the fish and chips looked like a snot smear on the bottom of the plate. Ended up eating elsewhere for rest of stay. "

"Awful experience. Left a day early as had no sleep due to faulty and noisy radiator. Hotel it self is run down and needs a good tidy up. Went to the bar for some drinks, no staff around and 80s cocktail bar music blaring, not a great atmosphere to relax and chat with friends. I emailed the hotel twice before we arrived and also once after our stay to complain. No reply on either times!! "

"Loved our stay here! Cosy cabin, was clean with only slight signs of wear. Lovely open remote space to sit out in the morning, onsite restaurant and bar was lovely with quirky decorations. 100% will be our go to when travelling from now on!"

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...
