Hotel Keluarga di Wengen

"Je suis arrivée sous l’orage. J’ai appelé l’hôtel qui m’a envoyé une navette gratuite, ce n’est pas le cas pour tous les hôtels, ça peut vous coûter jusqu’à 15 € pour quelques centaines de mètres. Le service, le personnel, tout le monde est à vos petits soins. Le petit déjeuner inclus et le repas du soir pour 20 CHF sont excellents et de bonne qualité. Seul bémol : le lit à une place est vraiment petit, j’ai pu voir les lits à deux places, c’est aussi très petit. Les chambres sont assez petites...

"Wengen is a hidden gem and this property was fabulous! I stayed with my 4 kids on the top level, which was a space with 2 rooms and a loft. We had plenty of sleeping space and magnificent views of the mountains and valley. There are cute shops and fantastic restaurants in Wengen. Hotel Falken offered a nice breakfast, and the staff was welcoming and helpful to us during our stay."

"Beautiful views of the mountains. Wonderful spa. Directly across from the train station (no noise) and adjacent to all the shopping. Staff was superb. The only downside is the restaurant bar seems to be closed so in the evening you had to go to a different property for entertainment. "

"This hotel is up stairs, close to the train station, easy to find. We had a great room with a loving view. The staff were great. and so helpful. A lovely coffee made by a lovely lady down stairs to start the day. "
