"This was the worst hotel stay in my entire life. We will always book a historic location over a big chain hotel, but if I could have found a chain hotel with an open room, I would have left. If you want to drink to oblivion at the pub & pass out somewhere close, this is for you. If you want a restful night's sleep, take your $200 USD elsewhere.

"Hotel is very run down and rooms are extremely tired and grotty.
Although it is advertised on numerous websites that the rooms are air conditioned the airconditioning had broken so there was nothing on the hottest day of the year.
There was air conditioning in the reception that was working and units installed the rooms with control panels but were not working. Their explanation was that the pump or condenser was not working.
