"Our “room” was a small apartment set over two floors. Very comfortable, clean and with everything we needed for a few nights. WiFi was good. Nice art on the walls. Plenty of parking. And convenient location for touring around snowdonia and north wales. Staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfasts included. Thankyou for everything"

"We had a lovely stay here, the property is close to restaurants, pubs and shops. Unfortunately, we noticed damp patches in the kitchen and the living room and a bit of mold in the bathroom around the bath. The rooms are spacious, however, the extremely steep steps from the top floor to the first floor had to be cautiously approached in the dark during bathroom visits. The games were great additions and they created joy, fun and social interactions. We had no problem with finding free parking...

"The view of the harbour could not be appreciated as it is a ground floor apartment, curtains had to be pulled for privacy. The entrance door and area both inside and out were dirty. Radio show in pics had no batteries in! Door knob missing on kitchen door. When people were moving about on 1st floor there was lots of noise, possibily because it wasn't converted with good insulation?"

"The cottage is spacious, with a big kitchen and cosy lounge. There are lots of bed options and towels provided. Unfortunately, very basic items like cloths (for cleaning surfaces), dishwasher tablets, and teatowels are not provided, making it difficult to keep everything clean during the stay. In addition, the heating is inadequate, with the thermostat only on at fixed times and the space quickly getting cold again. "Buffet breaksfast was available on request on all days of the week for £12. Food was great and room was very spacious and well equipped. There is no air conditioning so the rooms can get hot in summer. The bathroom fan was also very noisy when running. Overall had a great stay"

"Hotel is in a good location, ample parking. It's a stately building fairly well maintained, though the elevator access on floor 1 is hindered by the carpeting that restricts the door from opening. Yes you have to manually open the door to access the 50 + year old elevator and make sure it doesnt swallow any body part when the door closes, very cool. The food in the attached restaurant/ pub was good, though the service was hindered by only 1 person doing everything, hotel check in and restaurant...

"Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again!
