Owner happend to be there when we arriveed ,within minutes helping with getting situated finding room and key I had not checked my check in email and he helped and where everything was very nice nice place definitely coming back

Enjoyed one night stay in Rm 6 (yes all the guest rooms are numbered). The apt comes with kitchen, batch room and a bedroom with a queen size bed. Besides, there is common area you share with other guests including the balcony and the basement. Clean, warm and convenient location to The PA Grand Canyon Lookout. Bill the owner is the greatest host you can find! Absolutely recommend this place.

Bill, the owner was amazing with his communications. Gave us tons of i tel on where to go, what to do, where to eat, etc. We stayed in the Tamarand room. Very spacious, perfect kitchenette, fab bathroom. We had a fire in the on-site pit and sipped wine, while watching the sun set. Great hiking in the area. Wellsboro very cute. Lots of amenities here and our pup was welcomed. Would definitely stay again

Very quaint rustic scenic Inn. Pet-friendly. Private and scenic, but also close access to town. A lot of cool extras like pool table, washer dryer kitchen. Very nice common areas. Perfect for a quiet getaway.

not. fancy accommodation because it’s pet friendly. place was spotless, odor free, quiet, easy self parking with a huge glassed in balcony with an incredible view. large community room with kitchen, utensils etc which would make for a terrific family reunion space, or large gathering area. about 8 other rooms. we will DEFINITELY be back and refer our friends!

My husband & I highly recommend a stay here. The Inn was super clean, quiet, & we can't say enough about it. We will definitely be going back. We even loved hearing the cows mooing from the property next door.

Perfect location to stay for a weekend in Wellsboro. Close to town and the excellent Red Lantern House Chinese restaurant and Harlan’s for breakfast. We will definitely come again!

Surprisingly & Interesting Location

Booked on same day, easily located near Wellsboro, very comfortable and clean. Looking forward to staying again. Breakfast is not included, but you may bring all your favorite food and prepare it in a fully stocked kitchen area.

GREAT stay.

Beautiful, modern, well kept property. Accommodations were clean and well maintained. Location was good and owner shared local suggestions which made stay better. We needed a late check in and they accommodated our arrangements and communicated clearly and effectively. Will absolutely be booking again.
