"The room itself was gorgeous and spacious, however there were visible stains on the couch. My main concern though, was the lack of attention at all from the staff. Even during hours in which they were supposed to be there (presumably 9:30-4:30), they were gone from the front desk and not answering messages. "The hotel has over 25 floors with 32 rooms average per floor. The hotel had 1/2 of its elevators working with a packed hotel full of volleyball players and prom events. The wait for an elevator was very long and each elevator was full making it impossible to come and go from your room with ease. I inquired about servicing the elevators and I was met with resistance.
