"The property is off the charts beautiful. We came on hottest week possible and a/c would have been nice. They did have a fan in the room. The food and Bfast was awesome. This place and the kronach area are awesome"

"Hotel hat keine klassische Rezeption, sondern Automaten. Leider wurde mir ein Einzelzimmer zugewiesen, anstatt das bereits bezahlten Doppelzimmer. Über Gegensprechanlage (Festnetzanruf) neben dem Check-In Automaten war kein Personal erreichbar. Glücklicherweise war auf meiner Expedia-Buchung eine Festnetznummer angegeben. Leider konnte ich auch darüber niemanden erreichen. Aber bei der Ansage, wurde mir sehr zügig (schlecht zum mitschreiben) eine Handynummer für Notfälle mitgeteilt. Nachdem ich...

"Ein tolle Unterkunft im Frankenwald: alles ist super sauber, das Personal ist extrem freundlich und die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe. Unsere Hunde waren sehr willkommen und das Frühstück war wirklich lecker, die Auswahl war toll. Gerne wieder!"

Hätte man inwestuert und renoviert wäre es richt gut, das Personal sehr unfreundlich, preisleistung Verhältniss passt nicht, nur das Frühstück war für den ausgewiesenen Preis ok. "Lovely quiet, rural area. Fabulous forestry, rocky outcrops, scenery so green. Great for walking, cycling, exploring this part of northern Bavaria. Even though rural roads, superb, easy from A to B. Staff lovely in the hotel. Spoke good English for restricted German speakers. Comfort Room spacious and clean. Little terrace with outside seating. Great views. No sound issues from rooms next door or above (we were ground floor). Great shower! But no tea/coffee facilities in room. The usual...

"Vi blev indlogeret i et separat hus med værelser. Huset har set bedre dage. Vi spiste aftensmad på stedet og det fejlede ikke noget overhovedet. Morgenmaden var lidt sparsomt . Personalet var venlig og hjælpsomme."
