"Room was fine. Had a fun view of the base of the Arch. Pillows and bedding seemed different than other Hyatt Regency hotels I’ve stayed at, not as comfortable and maybe out of a lesser material. The room felt clean and cared for just the same. The room was quiet and sleep was restful. Valet parking lines were long, but moved quickly. Self parking during my stay was full."

"It smelled really bad and the room smelt like mildew and the ac filter was really dirty and when I went to put my bag into the chair it had a lot of stains that I couldn’t bring myself to stay there I went and told the clerk that I couldn’t stay there and I was going to find something different and she said have a good night"
