Hotel murah di Wayland

"We did not have hot water in our shower nor did we have electricity in our bathroom. The front desk person was not any help as I launch our complaint. So we did not get a shower for the day. Hopefully the hotel will give us some kind of refund. But this front desk person kept saying go get your refund from Expedia. We will see"

"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room had a very strong cigarette smoke smell even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The odor was so strong that I had to ask the staff to come with air freshener. I do appreciate that they tried to help, but overall the condition of the rooms was not good."

"The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I loved that they had a tribute to all military members with different memorabilia and information from each of the wars. I’m always proud to stay in a place that supports our service members."

"Room was ok, we couldn’t use the pull out bed couch because the sheet was absolutely stained. Bathtub was sticky and stained, bathroom had no ventilation, front desk person didn’t seem to care and was sleeping on the couch 99% of the time we saw him. Overall, I’m glad we were out doing things instead of being in the room."

"The property was older, but kept very well. The pool was a lot of fun for our family, and there is a basketball court outside that we did not get to use but looked like it would be fun as well! Breakfast was pretty basic for hotel food, but there was plenty of food even during the busiest times. But what won the show was the staff. They were very accommodating and kind to us and our little one. Would definitely stay here again."

"Breakfast was a mess everyday, plates everywhere because they didn’t empty and food trays were constantly empty. Coffee was hardly ever full. 1 of 2 elevators was broken the entire time making lines long. Blankets were paper thin and AC unit was extremely loud. Pool was small and freezing cold, no hot tub, and the three chairs were completely falling apart. Front desk was very kind at least."

"The charge for incidentals should be disclosed or collected when paying for the hotel not at checkin. And they should take cash for incidentals!"

"The place was great, but we discovered hidden fees. At 1pm, we asked if an early check in was available and there is a $25 fee for an early check in. We skipped check in until after 3pm."
