"I had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Windsor. The location is fantasticโvery central, just a 3-minute walk from the station and around 5 minutes from the castle. The hotel is beautifully situated by the river, and the views are absolutely fantastic. Everything was very clean and well maintained. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and there was lovely natural light during the day. All the amenities were also in excellent condition. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection including a traditional English breakfast, fruit, cereals, bread and pastries. However, the highlight for me was the restaurant and terrace. The view from inside the restaurant overlooking the river was amazing. I also enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea while looking out at the river, which was such a relaxing and memorable experience. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful views and the opportunity to simply sit and enjoy the surroundings. It was incredibly relaxing. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff for the amazing hospitality. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and, if I ever visit Windsor again, I would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel sits on beautiful grounds with gorgeous views of the river. When I visited everything was well maintained, clean and the service was impeccable. My room had a lovely en suite and was spacious with a large bed. The spa is well maintained and had everything you need. I would happily stay here again."

"This hotel was excellent. Perfect location to see and visit Windsor Castle. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We parked the car on site it cost ยฃ40 for the night, a bit pricey but we knew it was safe and out of the blazing sun. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Would definitely stay there again"

"First impressions from the outside not great as plenty of essential maintenance is required but internally the rooms spacious and very good, pool and sauna good and food generally good and very reasonably priced. Excellent location for our needs with 4 night stay. Very good value."

"My second time staying at this hotel, and I had an excellent stay both times. Very clean and highly maintained hotel. The staff are very polite and friendly. Comfortable bed, powerful shower and the wireless charger was a nice touch. Definitely recommend."
