"This was a quick weekend trip with my bestie checking in late on a Friday night and checking out early morning on a Tuesday. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. The rooms and property were very clean, up to date on furnishings and the staff was excellent. You must drop by and say hello to Vincent at the front desk, he is the best host and was so friendly. Plenty of parking, located on the grounds of a mall with plenty of food options nearby. It is located right next to the freeway but you cannot hear a thing. The hotel is quiet and not in the bustle of the city. Perfect for what we needed and we will definitely stay here again. Close drive to all the things we needed to get to. Thank you Ayres Chino Hills, all the way from Hawaii."

"Worst stay ever — avoid the freeway side! I booked this for a soccer tournament weekend, hoping for a quiet night and a solid breakfast for my daughter. Unfortunately, it was a total fail. Pros: The room was modern and clean, and the staff was nice. Cons: 1. The Sound: The hotel is "freeway adjacent," but the doors and windows don't block any noise. It sounded like we were on the tarmac of an airport all night. There should be a massive warning about the noise levels on the freeway side. 2. Breakfast: Expedia claims this is "Top Rated," but it’s just basic waffles, hard boiled eggs, and cereal. Very disappointing for a "top" rating. 3. Construction: Heavy construction right off the freeway made the parking lot feel very industrial and unsafe for my vehicle. Clean rooms don't matter if you can't sleep. Best Western needs to improve their soundproofing and their breakfast spread. We will not stay here again."

"Clean big rooms. Silverware could use a little update. Shower head could also use updating. Other than that, super comfortable, large room. Every store you could need is a short 5 min drive away. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good"

From the moment I arrived, the reception was exceptionally well run efficient, professional, and genuinely welcoming, setting the tone for the entire visit. Every area of the hotel reflected an impressive attention to detail, particularly when it came to maintenance and cleanliness. It’s evident that a great deal of care goes into ensuring everything is kept to the highest standard. What truly stood out, however, was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was helpful, approachable, and eager to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. That level of genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming place to stay. It exceeded my expectations in every way."

"Clean and safe comfortable beds and room"

"IT IS NOT A MARRIOT in a traditional sense. This is more like a motel 6 that was purchased and rebranded into Marriot… the rooms are old, and gross. I’m sure they were converted from smoking rooms. The smell of whatever cleaning product they use to mask the smell of rot and mold is so overpowering it’s still on me. This is not a family friendly hotel. It is gross. With gross rooms and the clientele wasn’t that great either. For $150/night I thought i was getting a better room to be honest. This felt more like a $60 room. Just gross and ridiculously overpriced for what it is. Nasty . I can’t quote the big bites but my legs are now riddled with Bites and they weren’t before the stay. "
