"This is a beautiful hotel with a lot of character enriched by wooden floors and excellent set of wooden furniture. Rooms are of generous size and beautifully decorated. The only aspect that needs improving is the bathroom which looks a little dated. It has a long swimming pool, very friendly staff, variety of fresh foods at breakfast buffet and an ever helpful front desk. Overall, our 3 day stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was beautiful. The grounds were full of lush plants, and the room was decorated with local art. We really enjoyed the swimming pool, and the food and drinks were delicious. The staff were helpful, and the laundry service was especially convenient. We really liked the location; it’s on the quieter side of town, but there are still plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and getting to the temples was easy. We’d love to stay here again!"

"I recently stayed at Anachak Angkor Suite, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The main issue is that the hotel does not match what is advertised online. Many of the photos and listed features are misleading or simply not accurate. What I expected based on the listing was very different from what I actually received, which made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. Because of this, I decided to check out early. I contacted Expedia for support, expecting a fair resolution...

"Sehr freundliches und kinderfreundliches Personal, ein wunderschönes Hotel und das Zimmer war sogar wesentlich größer als es auf den Fotos aussah. Der Pool war klasse, das Essen im eigenen Restaurant war ebenfalls eine 10/10 und die Lage war fantastisch. Zum Nachtmarkt am Fluss und zur Pub Street waren es nur wenige Gehminuten und bei den Tempeln war man mit dem Tuk Tuk ebenfalls sehr schnell. "
