Great stay at Sofitel for family of three. Staff were fantastic everywhere we went in the hotel. Concierge was great help in organizing tours of Ang Kor Wat etc. and shorter local trips that we went ourselves. Swimming pool was large and never crowded. Front desk always friendly. Great internet. Short distances to 7-11 and to markets. We are 150 km from the Thai border war and never felt unsafe. It did affect the number of tourists so everywhere is not crowded even in December (peak season). Paid for Club access and had free breakfast, drinks and evening meal (at Club Millesime) - good value for money. Breakfast buffet had so much choices and never had to wait long for tables. Staff so efficient and always friendly. Special thanks to the staff at Club Millesime - always wonderful every evening.

I would really recommend an improvement on the food. Breakfast was amazing. But somehow the poolside bar and dinner restaurant food are below average. Overall we had a really good stay. So if the food is better it would probably be our best stay ever.

Spectacular Hotel

This is an amazing property and it has great food, great spa and great service in every way. I wish we could have stayed longer to use their fabulous looking pool facility. I'd come back here in a heartbeat.

Had a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the dining, pool and accommodations. It really is a beautiful oasis and the service was top-notch. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We also utilized their service for transportation as well as arranging for a guide. If I ever come back, I will definitely be here again. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was perfect. I wish I had all the names of the staff that were so incredible. The concierge was very nice and arranging things too. Wonderful.

A Lovely Place

Wonderful! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food available was a mixture of local and international. We ate local whenever possible as it was very good. Only downside some of the fixtures around the amazing pool area are in need of refurbishment but that would not stop anyone having a wonderful time here.

Incredible wonderful base of stay to visit Angkor wat and Siem reap. This is an oasis of five star service. But it is not walkable or close to downtown hot spots like pub street and the area outside the compound is a commercial road. The hotel compound itself is a wonderful place to stay with incredible restaurants and service inside. The rooms are airy filled with light and overlook a beautiful central pond with lotuses. The staff is amazing and the entire ambiance is delightful. It’s perfect for a family vacation.

Upon arrival we were met with beautiful Cambodian singing and dancing, sweet tea, and incredible kind and helpful staff. The property is truly beautiful. The swim up bar at the pool is fantastic. I could stay all night long at the bar looking out at the lamps hanging from the trees and the colorful lumination of all the raised walkways. Anotger bonus is the hotel is close to the Angkor Wat and the other Temples. The downside is the rooms are dated. We didn’t have electrical plugs to charge our phones by our beds. The bathroom needed to be updated and worse of all the bed was hard as a rock. Otherwise the hotel was wonderful.
