The condition of the property was good, not great because the bathroom exhaust fan kept blowing out greyish black debris, the mounted indoor AC system would occasionally drip water-(perhaps condensation) on the floor and the hand towel rack was barely handing on. The common areas were well kept and clean. Beautiful scenery out back."

Reality of the pools and gardens, breakfast, food and dining area, service, architecture and room comfort were superior to photos and reviews. I truly cannot express how much I enjoyed Hongkhao Village. Service was exemplary. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, and I looked forward to it everyday. Pool and gardens, patios and balconies were magical. Especially at night. A terrific place to stay. I will be back."
