We booked a 2 bedroom room for 3 nights and were gobsmacked by the size of the room, which was a full suite with spacious living room, kitchen area and 2 bedrooms! The place is close to 2 subway lines, about 1 block from the White House, modern and spotless, pleasant staff, there is a bar, gym and cinema room, a couple of complimentary drinks was a nice touch. All in all highly recommended!

Not recommended for just a business day night : must wait I until 3pm to get the room and must leave before 11 (you pay for less than a day then …) Have asked high floor room and get the lowest floor possible as well … Nevermind … Location is great though. I stayed at the AKA White House for just one night, and since it's an apartment hotel, my room was huge, as large or larger than my own condominium. It was beautifully furnished with a full kitchen, a powder room, washer/dryer, and closed off bedroom with full bath/shower. I was hardly able to enjoy all the amenities in a single night's stay, but I was impressed and the space was very clean. My only suggestion is that the shower/bath get updated, since it has a sliding door that's a bit rusty/not moving smoothly. I appreciated its location near Metro stops.

For us the property was perfect. The kitchen had a coffee maker, toaster, electric water kettle, silverware, plates, cups, and glasses. We did use a glass casserole dish to bake some pastries for breakfast. I didn't see any cookie sheets or pans for stove top cooking but that was fine for us as we were there five days and didn't plan to do much cooking other than breakfast or heating up leftovers in the microwave. The property was close to the White House and a couple blocks from the Metro Station. There are a few nearby restaurants. Panera is right next door if you don't want to go far.
