The front desk staff were all helpful and kind. The apartment was clean and bed was very comfortable. It was so nice to have a kitchen where I could make breakfast! Would absolutely stay again!

The location was excellent! There were rental city bikes available right across the street, making it easy to explore the area. The National Mall was very close and easily accessible by bike. There were also several nice restaurants nearby with great dining options. The suite was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. The small gym was also perfectly fine for a quick workout. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Felt like home away from home with all essentials and beds were comfortable , however they should renew the blinds in the living room since has broken pieces and carpet seems old with some holes in it .

The room was spacious and had great kitchen. The bathroom was not cleaned well with dirt on floor and very bad water pressure. Excellent service, but there was also a hole in the sheets.

Nice size rooms with a kitchenette making it easy for breakfast and some other small meals in the room. During our stay, the internet was often unusable but hopefully they have that figured out by now.

The place was cute and catchy. There was a heat wave when we were there and they were passing out popsicles and ice cold water bottles to all their patrons. The lobby air conditioner was not working so they had put in some type of swamp cooler to make us comfortable, which was really nice. They were very helpful and made sure that we were as comfortable as possible even during the heat wave. Once we got to our room, it was perfectly fine. No issues kitchens were a bit dated, but for what we needed and for the price, it was great.

Good location and reasonably comfortable. Air-conditioning wasn't so effective and pillows were quite lumpy. Dissappointed that car parking was not included, especially as the car park was empty and daily charge was significantly higher and less safe than nearby garages. Overall it was an ok experience but could have been better.

The AC was not able to keep up with the 100 degree temperature while we were in DC. The rooms smelled musty which made me think that the AC doesn't keep up most of the summer and not just this week. The employees were good to work with they gave the kids ice pops and were helpful and nice with every interaction. I thought there was breakfast included, but there was no food onsite. The rooms were nice and large and the linens were all clean.

The property was fine. It could use a few upgrades though. The sofa bed was very noisy & you could feel the frame through the mattress. We had 6 people only 1 wash rag & 3 towels. I asked the cleaning person in the hallway if we could get more. She didn't seem like she understood English. One elevator went out of service. The other one wasn't working properly. I was skeptical about using it for fear of getting stuck. The people at the front desk were super nice & very helpful.
