Lack of personal touch
Not quite my cup of tea. Hotel lack of character. I was in bed 1 which isn't bunk bed but twin bed style so bit weird. I know heating was extremely powerful though it was way too hot in room! Before arrival I had asked the hotel how to get there MANY TIMES, all I got was junk mails in German then a sentence saying subject to availability! The lack of caring, lack of customer focused really were not what I'd expected (provided that they have almost a thousand rooms to pick)

Can’t fault it for a budget option
Did everything it needed to. It was pretty well located for both the centre and the train station, staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms and hotel were simple, clean, modern. Nothing to complain about at all really.

Not enough parking spaces. There is no option for parking reservation when you book your room. You have to contact property to make parking reservation separately, at last what we were told at the reception.

Fabulous Find
For the price point, this hotel gave us way more than we expected. The staff was so helpful with directions, suggestions, and more. The rooms are immaculate and the optional breakfast was lovely. Don’t get fooled by the word hostel, it’s a hotel. The location was close to trams, bakeries, and markets.

Bring your own cups for coffee or tea, there’s non in the kitchen area. The tea is very expensive if you need to buy at the reception

Had a very good experience, they have a luggage storage facility for the people who arrive before check-in and leave way after the check out so there is no worry about dragging or carrying your luggage around the city while sightseeing

Wonderful apartment, very stylish made. All the things you could need during a a stay was in the room. It was a bit hard to find the right entrance to the building :) I was a bit surprised that it was demanded to pay a deposit with a plastic card (not allowed to pay with phone)

Beautiful views from the 8th floor. Convenient lifts both ends of corridor. Nice firm flat comfortable beds very good for spine. Lovely en-suite twin room with lovely shower. Reading lights above beds. Small circular table, 10 cm more diameter would be nice. Wonderfully friendly helpful staff, willing to help and advise in every capacity. Eat all you want breakfasts. Late checkout (2pm) was helpful for us.

We were in the hotel for 4 weeks all together picking up Ukranian refugees. The hotel meeted our needs and a special well done to all the staff. They couldn't of been nicer and were very obliging. I will write to headoffice. The menu is limited in the bar.

Dziękujemy za pozostawioną opinię. Kwestię sprzątania podczas pobytu poruszymy na spotkaniu z kierownik słuzby pięter. Obecnie sprzątanie pobytów polega u nas na m.in. opróżnieniu koszy, zdezynfekowaniu wszystkych powierzchni z którymi gość ma styczność(gniazdka itp), uzupełnienie produktów higienicznych w łazience czy wymiana ręczników jeżeli tego sobie życzy gość. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie,

Discriminatory attitude towards travellers
If you're not Polish, they'll force you to pay extra for the sheets + towels even if you have your own. If you're Polish, you'll get a pass. Facilities are good and rooms are spacious. All is kept clean and up to date. Despite the discrimination that takes place here, it is a good central place to stay. Still, for obvious reasons I do not recommend.

Dear Anonymous, Thanks for your feedback. All our guests are obligated to either have their own sleeping bag and towels or rent the bed sheets and towels from us. If you've experienced situation where other guests clearly lied to us and slept in the room without any bed linen you should report this to us and that's what you did. As part of apology from our side we've refunded you the money you've paid for the bed linen and towel. We hope this find you happy. Unfortunately we try to trust our guests when asking them about above items and maybe it's time to ask them everytime they check-in to dormitory room to show us their sleeping bag etc. Best regards, Team a&o Warsaw
